Data Centres increasingly ‘green’: a look at the data

Italy is increasingly central for connectivity between Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with an estimated growth in the data centre sector that within 2026 will generate EUR 15.1 billion.

And again: a two-speed trend for commercial data centres, which now account for 95% of investments, with development driven by AI and Edge Computing, and gradual rationalisation of the private enterprise sector (-3% per year).
